By downloading, installing, or using the Nistory mobile application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Nistory is an educational entertainment application that provides bite-sized facts with audio narration. Users can listen to facts across various categories and explore topics they find interesting.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• The App offers a free tier with a limited number of facts per day and a premium subscription for unlimited access.
• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account and managed via the App Store.
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings.
• No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription period, except as required by applicable law.

4. Content and Accuracy

The facts and information provided through the App are for educational and entertainment purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or error-free.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App's content without permission
• Use the App to generate or distribute harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, audio, graphics, and software, is owned by Nistory or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nistory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated terms. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
